Does no 6 really have anything to do with bodybuilding?

How was the book

For most people on getbig, the majority of the info in the book is old news. however, there are a few interesting details in it that make it worth the read. you can read it very quickly as well. it is relatively well written.

Taylor is back in serious training in Dorians Temple Gym after his motorbike accident. He trains at about 5am most mornings.

Hottens book is well written, however the part about Taylors triceps being all muscle is bullshit. You want to see them close up - they look ridiculous.

I think he got the synthol removed though, right?

Question: everyone used to rant and rave about his triceps, but every pic I ever saw had horrible, bloated, soft looking triceps with terrible shape.

Did they always look like this? Or, were they ripped to all hell at one time, and THEN he started with the oil?

While it is true he has downsized his triceps, they still overpower his physique. He also uses shit in his vastus medialis which is very evident.

I did not see ernie when he was younger so I do not know when he started using site injections.

He has even stated himself that If he was using synthol in his tris why would he not have used it in his calves which is a weekpoint. I myself think he used site injections. It makes you wonder though, why he did not use it in his calves which were very weak.

I believe he is having a go @ carving a career from MMA, it's something he has always done as a hobby in the past.
