Never really checked this out before, but its a great table of strength levels vs body weight that, I assume, is for natural athletes. It covers 5 basic movements and the ranges are surprising.

Personally, I found myself ranking from intermediate to advanced but like most of us, I'm also naturally stronger in some in some movements and not in others. Plus, to be rated an elite lifter in some of these (note: these are not absolute strength records as the author says) is so far beyond my ability as to be totally humbling.

Happened to be my bread and butter movements
During the years weight has gone up and down between 181 - 198 @ 5'7"
But I've done all those " advanced " at some point. Not all at the same time but still.
Maybe not press? I use a little of leg thrusts and I think those are without any leg help?
A) So, since fairing well in this. Must be fake
B) Would like to see standards for immortals

Its only pound for pound though. That's the benefit of being a short arse. You tend to keep up with the bigger lifters, or at least try hard to do so ;D
