Title: calorie-in/calorie out vs 3/6 meal confusion?!?1
Post by: furn on January 08, 2006, 11:58:42 AM
Ok ok ok ok....i read many thread, many article, but there always those thing that confuse me.

First,  it seem like it better to eat 6 small meals than 3 "normal" because of the satiety point, and the fact that with 6 meal you don't stock over what you don't need.

On the other way, some people refer that only calorie in and calorie out in a week matter. And to lose fat, whenever you starve yourself a little more or you train a little harder do the work.

Soooo, let say that someone eat 3 meal/day, but have the same calorie intake at the end of a week than the one who eat 6 small meal/day.  what will be the difference between the two man?

Anyway, i'm only confused between this two factors, and they look to confused themselves....someone could explain me please it would be very appreciated ( and sorry for my poooor english writing, i'm doing my best)
