Is Aldo a member of Getbig? Nope.
I think you might want to go on Calisthenics Kingz YouTube.

Useless challenge if no one can do it - and it not interested in trying  :-\

Impressive, of course

this is about being in shape...not about choking someone out.
Many times we have gone over how many of big bodybuilder can hardly do one pull up correctly...
This is about bodyweight exercises, and keeping in shape...

Besides, you assume that those dudes can't choke you out, you have no clue about what they have formerly trained in...
Too much bravado...

The average getbigger (300 lbs with abs, multi-millionaire, cage fighter champion, Navy SEAL and Delta Force) can easily complete this in under 2 minutes and then squat 900lbs for reps (all natural) while eating a McRib (a calorie is a calorie). After this he'll get in his Ferrari P4/5 (daily beater) and drive home to his multi-million dollar mansion where his harem of super models await.
Of course he will ignore the models so he can check for new replies on getbig.

Being in shape? really? lol. would you like  to compare with what i can do?

to start I can rolled with few guys in a row, I can run 45 min to an hour on a dry sand..tip toes wearing a west with weights.

Comparing a guy that trains with most of fighters in Brazil, to a dude in the park... seriously?

I know what I'm capable off, and none of those dudes will ever make me tap.

Ps: And probably i can lift heavier that most of them. since most o my lifting training is for strength.

I'm not saying that I'm superhuman. but i know what i'm talking about.

Go look at his vids...
Seems like you doing a lot of rooster crowing, instead of giving someone their props...
Good for you on your endeavors. Dude is very positive, tries to motivate people and yet to you he is a dude in the park, someone for you to scoff at...
Yet I bet if he were Brazilian or if he was doing capoeira you'd be defending him...saying "oh that takes skill" or "that's a lot of training...

Sounding like the guy at the bar who looks at the bber and says "I can beat him up"

At the end of the day, the rooster always wants to let everybody know what he can do...
And gets eaten by the fox.

No but I suspect I could best him in other endeavors.

No, you're wrong it has nothing to do with Nationality. what I'm saying is: that stuff does not impress me.
It might impress someone that is out of shape.
At the end of the day, comes down to this...Fighters = top of the food chain.

sure it does...you consistently have a habit of dismissing Americans especially in certain endeavors.
Instead of saying, "it doesn't impress me" from the getgo, you do a round about passive-aggressive way of dismissing it...I understand that you have to wave the Brazilian flag...but it's too obvious.

By the way, I Fixed it for the truth...
