alexey should focus more on his diet.. he said he doesnt do low carb because he is doing high volume training with heavy weights so he doesnt need to eat low carb... well it seems like that doesnt work for big alexey..

ur right.. he is too lazy to diet.. we have never seen him shredded he came always watery and fat.
