I am 15 years old and weigh around 155 to 160 and am like 5 foot 7 inches...Any ways how many grams of the following should I have a day and yes I workout.... Calories

depends on what kinda person you are. how fat are you? what's your bodyfat percentage or waist size? how long you been working out?
