What makes me laugh all of the time is when I see these celebrities and their trainers constantly carrying a bottle of water.

I know staying hydrated is important, but you'd think these folks are traveling through the desert.

Growing up, all of us neighborhood kids rode are bikes, played pick up basketball, wiffle ball tournaments in the local field, and when we did get a drink, it was from a hose outside one of our homes.

We never suffered from the dreaded dehydration.

QFT, you made me laugh. When I see people fitness walking with their water bottles I just shake my head. Same with people grabbing drinks during a charity 5K road race. Really? You can't run 3.1 miles without a drink?
