As a photographer myself I would love to be able to have an open pass to shoot these sites. Though I would never use those hideous HDR attempts contained in the link.

That french castle is beautiful.

I've been to No. 15 - Eilean Donan Castle, it's a beautiful place, not spooky at all.
Plus out of shot there's a modern two-storey gift shop with restaurant and car-park. :)

I also had no idea there was a City Hall station in NYC that closed in the 60s, that's still there abandoned underground.

At night or daytime? I would see some of them at night as long as I wasn't alone. It would be scary and exciting at the same time.

Ive been to Eilean Donan a few times, one thing Scotland has in abundance is beautiful castles and scenery.

No, you can get tours inside. The radiation is bad there, but they are areas where you can still visit. There are several tour companies around that offer it.
However, being a photographer myself there is a very extensive and extreme tour available as well that offers the chance for images very rarely seen. But you have to go on a waiting list 3 months in advance and arrive 7 days ahead of the tour for a health screening.
