It's the best routine ever for me. I've gained a ton of strength and cuts even.
I got a cold twice though and I blame phat because I never ever get sick? It must severely exhausted you?

I don't really understand the part about speed training, I guess it's a powerlifting thing to target fast twitch muscles. That part is the best, I feel like it's really helped.
