hey guys, is syntha 6 a good product? healthy one ? ( it's high in cholesterol :/ )
-
don't know about its 'healthyness' but the best protein i tasted so far
-
very easy on the stomach..so i always buy it….!
-
I used to use it quite a bit until its price rose to match other brands. For what it costs now, I opt to buy Pro-Complex; a much leaner formula for roughly the same price.

There was an article posted a year or two ago listing and comparing heavy metal content of multiple brands of protein powders. I had a link to the article and a JPEG of the chart saved somewhere, but I believe both were stored on my old computer that cooked about 18 months ago.
If I can find it, I'll post it up. Somebody started a thread about it here a while back.

I wonder what would account for that? Probably has fat in it storing lipophilic xenobiotics in a sense.

Yep, that's the chart and article. I didn't realize it was so old already. It would be interesting to see an updated version, as there's a good chance that at least some of those companies have changed their formula.
