He's incredible shape. Minor criticism on the range of motion with the pull up that could have went another 8 inches up. I know bodybuiders make fun of body weight guys but boxers, MMA, soldiers and wrestlers have been using body weight forever. I know 400lbs benchers who can't do 70 full range push ups.

I believe that a bodybuilder should be able to do at least 5 pull ups. What is the point of building one's body if one cannot pull one's own bodyweight up with ease?

Pull-ups done with scapular retraction for slow controlled reps are incredibly hard when you're over 220, I doubt many people could do multiple sets of ten reps in this style. That's why most bbers don't do pull-ups.
Fast choppy half reps are easier but that doesn't really work the back, look at the pathetic development of 99% of cross fitters
