This is good.   in the fall 2015 debates, Rand will be able to ask the other candidates, "Aside from complain, what did YOU do to fight this illegal spying?"

None of them will be able to raise their hand.  They'll be all about "Oh, I CALLED FOR this and that."   But Rand will have this to lean on.  Smart dude.
