Yeah, I rarely do standing presses for shoulders....99% seated. Don't like the way my low back feels afterwards.

Not as stout as chaos. Last we trained together, that animal was pressing 275 on that steel log with handles for like 8-12 reps.

If serious....stronger abs will keep your body upright and take pressure off your lower back.
If not serious...abs will give your boyfriend something to aim for besides your bellybutton front butthole.

he has good form to be fair. ive done 50kg's seated but now just use the smith machine for front shoulder press no more than 3 plates though, never done standing as i was always told its harder seated with a better focus on the delts.

Quoted for truth. These guys using a mountain of weight for half presses are delusional. It's bodybuilding. Make the movement as hard as you can on your body not the easiest to pick up the heaviest weight.

this is is the guy who said he would never want to fight Seagal- off set on "exit wounds", seagal showed them some training+aikido moves etc and Onasai said seagal was fucking deadly, wouldnt matter how big or strong you were, seagal knew all the weak points to target and he was so quick AND strong, used your own strength against you
