Tell me how to do it. I have a box of it. Do I boil it in water first?
-
No, you substitute it for wheat flour and bake it into baked goods. Like bread, or make pastas out of it.

So I'll bake it then.
How much water do I add?

Mix in a bowl with water.
Find a turkey baster and fill it up completely.
Stick inside your anus.

is this the fastest and safest absorption of the starches?

Hahahaha

Yes as well as the most pleasurable.
It's basic science if you think about it.

Why do you "need" to consume it?
Potato starch is NOT the same as potato flour.

I need starches. This source is 100% starches.
-
Should bake it into some orange clay for maximal "success".
-
I poured some in a little water and heated it up. It fast became clear and very gelatinous. Tough as hell to chew. But this is the purest highest starch we ever had available. My strength and size should re-bound something tremendous.
-
no fibers, no proteins, so there is also no anti nutrients and lectins etc, right? you wouldn't even need to take shit from this, technically.

I say fry it up in a cast iron pan if it has rust in it its ok thats good iron. You will be stronger tomorrow.

Serious question: why the fuck are you doing this?

I was hoping for a 100% clean source of natural starches, how is this yet not apparent to you? However, I abandoned this project after eating only a few servings. Further research showed me that this particular starch is a "resistant starch", meaning it is not even digested.
I am instead looking into rice starch which supposedly is very easily digested. I refuse to ingest this "all the rage" waxy maize from unnatural tampered corn or any other poisonous bodybuilding type powders, so don't even bother.
White sugar, fruit and the like, has not lend me the strength I assumed would follow high calorie intake. I am actually somewhat surprised at how much ground I have lost in only 4 months on mostly fruits for all carb needs. I have lost substantial muscle mass and strength and decided it's time to stem this trend with a source of nonpoisonous clean starch sources.

It could be a healthy seasoning sprinkled onto something like oven-baked grass clippings.

Well obviously. You're not eliciting much of an insulin response by using only fructose. Very foolish move. Kiss your IGF goodbye.
Eat some sweet potatoes and you'll be fine bro.

Yes. Sweet potato is probably the best as grains and white potatoes, although higher in starches, comes with other drawbacks. I have found that potato starch to be an efficient thickening agent. It thickened pure water and it was still completely transparent. Maybe due to the fact that the water was boiling? It was magic.

Youre consumed in some very odd things bro.
Just eat a sweet potatoe and stop being a phaggot and go make some gains. I believe in you.

Personally I use pure logical assumptions and experience in creating something. I don't know any other way. I don't know about channeling, but I think we all have similar approaches to some things or we wouldn't all be here.

Any potato related questions need to be directly addressed to John Falcon. He has all the inside advices on proper consumption for maximal pyramid shits.

Yes I have it down. All I'm a little lost about is the optimal starch / sugar ratio for muscle strength. Cardio is just fine, was not affected by low starch high sugar, this is slightly baffling to me.

Just eat a fucking baked potato for Christs sake. :D

I have never gone zero starch for more than a few days. There are no fluids in the muscles without starches, why, I don't know.

I do, I eat both whit rice and white potato on a regular basis, it has somehow lost it's magic while on high fruit sugar, low protein. This situation is where I am at and what I am researching about.

Potato starch is a popular choice for formulators of cementitious and gypsum based plasters. It can impart favorable rheological properties not usually obtainable without the addition of more expensive products such as OPC, gypsum, kaolin, attapulgite, and cellulose ethers. It is probably included in low cost, DIY quality latex paints to increase viscosity instead of using costly ingredients like acrylic and titanium dioxide which would provide superior dry coverage.
While it is an excellent thickener for it's cost, I haven't seen any evidence of thixotropy, water retention, drying shrinkage reduction, or any adhesion benefits. As such, it would probably be best retained for formulation of budget constrained trowel applied finishes rather than being included in formulations for pumpable mixes requiring a shear thinning boundary layer, or used as a final rheology modifier in those formulations which already meet necessary parameters at a higher water content.

No shit!

You do know that rice starch - like corn starch, wheat starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, ... - is also a thickening agent? Useful for thickening a sauce, making a pudding/jello or to keep bread longer moist and 'fresh' when added to the dough. But that's about it.
Now tapioca starch (or flour as they are interchangeable according to my cookbook) can also be used to make dumplings.

vitagrow.
drink it.

Bake a cake! :)

Very true, but it tastes so good! :D

Both high on hypoglycemic scale let us know how it goes, typically if you are very active a high sugar diet gives you energy and works if sedentary as a office job the carbs will just store up as fat.

How much water do I add?
when i make bread i use 2 cups flour one cup water/milk
