I don't know. A lion is still a lion. I remember what happened to Siegfried and Roy. All was fine for decades until.... And who can forget that Grizzly Man dry humping those bears in the wild for years. All was fine until it suddenly wasn't.

A day will come when one of the lions just didn't get the memo and just do what comes naturally. Then the other lions will be like, "Oh shit, meat! Tender melt-in-your-mouth meat!"

It happens all the time one zoo keeper was feeding one last year I think in central cal and made a mistake lion killed her, sucked they put the lion down after. A tiger jumped out of its cage at the zoo and killed a kid that was throwing rocks at it a few years back in SF. Those animals aren't to be messed with

I remember watching a TV show (probably when animals attack) where this guy has a trained bear for many years,he used to hit and prod the bear with a stick to make him obey him,the bear never did anything about until one day the guy hit him and he just freaked and fucked the dude up.

Then there was the idiot who put deer urine on his body to see if he could attract a buck......well he did and that buck didn`t give a fuck.........hooved (is hooved a word....it is now ) his ass to the max all while this idiots wife was filming it.  :D

One more I recall was an elephant trainer, same scenario as the bear...the elephant finally got pissed, threw the guy around like a rag doll stomped him a bit, then broke down a fence and ran amok in the streets.

Some people just tempt fate when it comes to being ballsy with unpredictable animals.

lions have learned to fear man

its a survival instinct thing

i watched a documentary where tribesmen would walk straightup to a pride and they would scatter

problem is they are unpredictable they could run off 100 times then the next time rip you to shreds

Are you saying that his Wolf pet went for the Juggler, Clown and Mime at the local Circus and killed them, or the owner's Jugular?

A wild animal's behavior is based purely on instinct. They are essentially programmed as to how they behave. We are too to a large extent but we have a moral sense and can often step outside ourselves and examine and speculate on what motivates our behavior.

A male lion's primarily role is to fight and procreate. They don't even hunt. Just eat, fuck and fight (when they have to). It takes a certain "disposition" to survive as a lion. You can teach a lion "tricks" for lack of a better word. Jump through hoops, put your head in it's mouth, make them sit and shake hands and even not eat you; but it's basic character, it's instinct, never changes. They are still a lion. And one mistake, one bad moved that sets them off or confuses them, once they haven't eaten in days and are starving and only thinking about food; then that will probably that fellas' last day on this earth.

But he says that even if he is killed by a lion he would still do it over again. Fair enough. You pays your money and takes your choice.

LOL.....I love animals and have respect for those brave souls who raise and befriended these wild by nature beasts, but there must be limitation to everything and once these boundaries are crossed, someone ususally pays the price....anyone of these lions might get pissed one day and make a meal out of him and he may not be able to escape...I don't wish that on him , but thats why they call them wild animals...they are unpredictable at best
