When I get sick and tired of pinning I'll stop for a month or two. I keep training hard and just soften up a bit. When it gets too intolerable I'll pin again. I hate injections. If I could tolerate them I'd be 240lbs with abs.

When I come off gear,I train just as hard as always, but I eat cleaner all of the time,add in a bit of cardio,and look basically the same,with a little less cuts and slighly less vascularity in certain areas.
I lose a few reps on mainly bigger exercises,my bigger lifts go down just a tad poundagewise,most smaller exercises stay about the same.
I even set new PR`s in the gym when off for quite a while on some exercises.
If I don`t eat good,I put on fat......... mostly in the oblique and lower back areas.
In essence,I`m not one to simply rely on gear by any means....I always pay my dues in the gym,and have a passion for training hard.
I use it to enhance my physique, as well as the feeling of well being it gives me,but if it was never invented,my passion for training would still be the same.

I was never a relier of/on gear and I like to train,besides,when I get back on,I seem to surpass my former shape in many ways.

Only did one cycle. Rebounded after competition, got bigger, then never went back on. Look the same now basically for 20 years lol. I have stopped all together at times too but I have a bigger frame then Sev so I don't shrink down that much.
In his defense though he goes off drugs, diet, AND training all at once so I can't relate. Never dropped all 3 at once cause I only did the one cycle.

Yup same here. I usually take at least 4-5 months off between cycles, so I also tend to gain back a bit of what I lost in that time.
