Title: Does seeding downloads interfere with my speed at all?

I always feel bad because I erase after I download and never seed. Does seeding interfere with the speed of my internet?

Limit your uploads to 10kb/s. That's the minimum I think.

You're leaching and seeding simultaneously as you download torrent files. No need to feel bad about deleting the file when done downloading it.

There's some overhead for sure - especially if you've got mobile intelnet.
Not seeding... dangerous as this antisocial behavior could steer inhabitants of the lower astral plane towards you. I've seen shadow people destroy whole folders full of porn with just an evil stare  :(
