Title: Non stimulant appetite suppressant.
Post by: Irongrip400 on January 15, 2014, 06:47:25 PM
Anyone got any good ones? I have no willpower, but plenty of energy. And before you type some smart ass remark, remember, this isn't the G&O.  ;D

I like nicotine gum but they say that's a stimulant. Never had much of a problem getting off it and that shit works.

It's the lemon detox diet.
Or good lemon maple syrup cayenne pepper.
The lemon kills the hunger so does the pepper.
It's really a lot of water, 2 lemons squeezed a pinch of pepper and half a tea spoon of maple syrup.
Do it for 3 days alone with no food.

One tactic that helps a lot of people in diet mode is to drink a sizable volume of water with sweetener like Splenda or Stevia. The liquid expands the stomach activating its stretch receptors creating a feeling of fullness, while the sweetener satiates the tastebuds suppressing the mental craving for sugary foods.

yup ...without self control nothing will help.

There's tricks to make yourself feel full, but if you don't want the fat loss bad enough you'll find any excuse to cheat on your diet.

Just hard to "eat clean" and very easy to pick up little bits of bullshit on the go. My job is t a normal 9-5, so it is difficult sometimes to plan meals.

I would recommend a really viscous fiber like glucomannan and to a lesser degree psyllium.

A shit ton of water would help with that.

Glucomannan/Konjac is incredibly effective for weight loss. The raw form of it is probably best if you can find it.
