been doing this latley, lemon juice and lemonade. lemon juice after heavy carb meal totally voids the crashing feeling
just make sure you have some raw veggies handy at night to slow your metabolism down becuase the lemon juice with high carbs gives u crazy energy
i can do more and have better abs
theres 21 concentrated lemons in one bottle, i try to go through half bottle a day. i think consuming the whole bottle is the best goal
your liver will thank you. nothing better for liver health. apple cider vinegar is right up there but lemon juice is more of a natural product

Back in the day (insert old guy joke here) we would take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed into a half a glass of water after every meal.................it helps digestion due to the fact that it contains Betaine and stimulates Hydrochloric Acid.......we believed it kept out waists smaller also.
Bro science,maybe,but it seemed to work....gonna` start it up again and go for a 27 inch waist this year.

You are absolutely right. They even had a special about this on the Dr. Oz show. It boosts your metabolism and is a good kick starter for digestion.

It's good stuff for sure. Make sure to the get unpasteurized, unfiltered kind. It has the "beneficial protein enzyme molecules"
2 tablespoons mixed with water & a bit of honey twice a day.
