GMOs is what people should worry about.
Flouride in the water is what people should worry about.
Lack of iodine is what people should worry about.
Vegetables and fruits is what people should worry about.
Nutrient high meals and exercise is what people should worry about.

And yes, Americans eat too much protein. It's obviously not being used to build muscle.

Johnny if it helps, I try to keep my meat consumption to 1-2 meals per day from my former every meal must have meat days. I no longer eat pork so I keep it to poultry and fish. Rarely red meat. I've been juicing (veggies and fruits that is) also. I've never felt better. It will be a part of my daily staple the rest of my life. You should get in on the nascent iodine. All of you should actually. You have mental clarity like no other. That is my gift to the board for 2014. Nascent Iodine. Last year was Hebrews, this year it's the benefits of iodine. Do your research. I take nascent iodine, and organic selenium and I juice. I try to eat organic even though it costs more and I try to stay away from all processed and GMO foods. You can detox yourself from heavy minerals also.

None.

Gluten Intolerance amongst the population is an overblown myth and only affects 0.0012 percent of the population.

Its insignificant, yet every moron around seems to be on the band wagon.  Its pretty ignorant.

It's because you're full of shit, humans were meant to eat meat. It's not unhealthy, you just need a balanced diet.

I have a relative who is one of these idiots...actually got tested for celiac and was negative and somehow convinced herself the test was wrong.  Can't remember the convoluted chain of logic she used to justify that nonsense.

BTW thanks so much for the pics of Seriously Secure, probably the most kickass animal I have ever seen:

DW your posts are unsupported by empiracle evidence and people don't trust your insight because you have eaten yourself into obesity.  Start giving a fuck about your own health and then people might start taking your advice.

Wiggs your almost on the right track almost, but don't take iodine, eat the vegetables and let your body balance it, if you turn your gut iodine you will have big problems, buy some litmus paper and test your urine until you have the right balance.
But for once something your following I can agree with.

I prolly won't be quitting bacon any time soon but I've seen enough science to support the idea that we shouldn't consume red meat.  I think both sides are debatable.

What about fish, eggs, etc.?  I can't seem to find any reason we shouldn't eat tons of that stuff.

Hell no.

I'm a Hebrew that follows the laws in the Bible. Eating swine, shellfish, unfinned or unscaled fish and other foods are a part of it.

i feel bad for when people on here post about serious organ problems like kidney issues and try to come up with a complicated path to get around the problem thats obviously diet related

its not that they just get bad luck and have a kidney issue

Thanks for your professional opinion, Dr. Johnny Falcon.  Hope you don't mind that we stick with my wife's nephrologists when she needs medical advice and treatment.

Actually, humans evolved as omnivores and are not "meant" to eat any one food in particular.
