I have friends that do the stuff. Lord I would be so messed up from it. One of my co-workers just pulled the Sartorius in one of his legs hopping up, down and around a wooden box for several minutes.
I don't pretend to get it but it looks like an accident waiting to happen deja vu style, i.e., over and over again.

Don't know what a "GDH" sit up is but a thruster is a squat into an overhead press. It's actually a good exercise if you don't pair it with things like...clean and jerks.

Position yourself in a glute-ham raise with your stomach facing up, and do sit-ups like that. Sorta like a straight-legged situp, only more retarded ;D

Injuries waiting to happen.
Do not even want to think about the wear & tear the shoulders suffer from this CrossFit peasantry. Waiting for the days where they start doing these workouts in farms, making the trainees haul plowing equipment, split wooden blocks and instead of using stairs, doing their crossfit pullups to reach the second level.
