Sorry to hear that's rough for the little guy, hope it all works out. Curious, I have friends that have a kid with a lot of medical issues and the kid was born very premature. Same with your nephew?

sorry ment 0.6mg not iu but whats that like 1.5 iu or? He takes one of those genotropim quickpen i think its called thats 0.6mg per pen...he have muscular dystrofi (dont know the englishname) and have had the same dose since he started at 12-14 years of age. Dont remember exact how old he was

Yep. Parental chemical abuse. 4 kids, all born extreme preemie, between 28 and 32 weeks. All of them fetal alcohol, all learning disability... They were terrible in school, had bowel movement accidents at 7 and 8 years old, fighting, frustration, etc.
Then a crazy thing happened. The doctor put them on Adderall, and they rose to the top of the class. in one year, 3 of them in school rose to gifted then top of the gifted class. the 4th one started school and was reading chapter books while still in Pre-K. I've always been very much anti-med, but wow it's turned them around completely. They fear the adderall might be causing him to not grow as well, so they're playing with that also.
Anyone with experience raising fetal alcohol, developmentally challenged kids - as they enter puberty? One of them is there and the others aren't far behind. I honestly don't know what happens with challenged kids when hormones start again. They're in that latent phase now and I'm a little nervous.

There's no point in being this big. It's like when the attention whore women goes out and get 38 10J boobs. Why? It's pointless. It's more a hindrance than spectacle. The same with Nassole, and Kovacs...and guess what? They're both dead before 50. Ramy will be no different as will many others with various health problems currently and more to come when they stop competing. I'm sure they know but don't care. As I said in a response last week, lets not fool each other anymore. NPC and IFBB Pro bodybuilding isn't about health. That's the veil that have it under. It's a machine and the full 100% truth about everything these guys do is not good for business and it's illegal in most countries. So, thus the need for the cover story and on top of that of course, the supplement industry. Putting these guys in these ads and slyly worded it to confuse the naive and stupid is straight up fraud. Most if not all of us fell for it at some point. Not all of its shit, I mean look at the winners of the prestigious bodybuilding.com awards.. ;D Anyway the machine keeps moving. The funny part in all this, is that all this could be fixed with the judges. If the judging went back to late 80's, early 90s, people would be much more impressed and you'll guarantee get more people on board. I'm not saying mainstream because it in it's current form it is an extreme "sport" but you'll certainly get more fans. In addition, the posing. Actually judge the posing round the way it was once written and not the way it's currently judged. Give the posing trunks back their dignity vs. the thong it's turned into. And enforce the fucking rules. Gyno, gut, synthol, implants, skin that looks like shit, narrow, unbalanced, shitty tan etc...All of that needs to be enforced and then and only then will this "sport" every gain respect in the eyes of the majority. Till then you get everyone trying to generate as much money as possible at the expense of the "sport". Even Papa Joe Weider said in an interview with Rick Drasin, that he did not like where the sport was. Arnold doesn't like it. Well then who the fuck is running this shit? Look to them. And they'll make every excuse in the world to defend it staying the way it is. I'm not saying their names as Ron will get a text or a call to delete and ban me and I'll get the Special (He)Ed and Blockhead treatment.

I would like to see the sport advance into the 320lb on stage era. 335 off-season was impressive in 1996 but let's get with the program, its time for 400 off-season. Also synthol should be legalized and encouraged, more size is better and by banning synthol we're just holding up progress.

Exactly. Remember when Jason Huh got on the scale? And he's what? 5'6". Jay was walking around near 300 lbs off season and he's 5'9". Ramy carries more muscle than both of them.

Of course there's no reason to be this big. It's not functional and it's not healthy. There's a reason why it's so hard to build muscle. Why your body puts genetic limitations on how much muscle you can carry. Why you have to do so many unnatural and unhealthy things to get this big. Consider that a normal healthy male produces about 75mg/wk of Test. Now consider that many take a gram or more taking you to levels far, far, far beyond what your body can ever produce. And consider that no one is getting anywhere on a gram a week of Test. So the human body was never design to carry this much muscle and it's unhealthy to do so.
So there's no reason to be this big -- unless you are a professional bodybuilder. When you're just as conditioned and bigger than the next guy you always look more impressive.

Why do I say that? Because of reality. Living in the real world. Look how hard it is to build muscle beyond normal levels for everybody? We may have evolved from more muscular beings but they also had less substantial brains. As our intelligence evolved our muscular mass became less important and hence less of a metabolic burden.
But instead of me flying across the globe for the very questionable and thus far unprovable promise of an additional 5 kg of muscle why don't you do on yourself first? Or anybody for that matter. Anybody at all. Just one. Just one person that has been successful using your muscle hypertrophy break through. Find your own Casey Viator. You'll make history and get the acknowledgement you so desperately crave. You'll forget about getting your blue stars here. And then perhaps I will consider your offer.

Of course there's no reason to be this big. It's not functional and it's not healthy. There's a reason why it's so hard to build muscle. Why your body puts genetic limitations on how much muscle you can carry. Why you have to do so many unnatural and unhealthy things to get this big. Consider that a normal healthy male produces about 75mg/wk of Test. Now consider that many take a gram or more taking you to levels far, far, far beyond what your body can ever produce. And consider that no one is getting anywhere on a gram a week of Test. So the human body was never design to carry this much muscle and it's unhealthy to do so.

OK. That's fair. As long as it's made clear that the Mr. Olympia is not based on a person's physique but other extraneous qualities. In this case, his contributions to the sport and his very likeable personality and demeanor. So the Mr. Olympia should not be marketed as the one with the best bodybuilding physique in the world but the best representative for the IFBB and the sport of bodybuilding.
I do think that the Arnold is a more accurate assessment of who has the better physique anyway.

nasser is contest weight there, Ramy is not and yes he does weigh exactly what he says he weighs, he has been on scale in front of 100's of people so unless he is carrying weight plates in his pockets his weight is not up for debate, so once again, you do not know what you are talking about, no offence, just the way it goes bro.
BTW Victor jumped on scale at Fibo and he was 290lb, not 330. at his heaviest he was maybe 310, he did not weigh what you are claiming because he was narrow, wide people always weigh more.

Plenty of 450+ lb morbidly obese people with no LIFE THREATENING health issues at roughly 40 years of age....Too much longer and it seems like a lot of minor problems start to gain synergy and compound into much more serious chronic conditions...
350lbs while under 40 is very very manageable with doctor's supervision...Especially when you have thick, heavy set genetics common with Iranians, Iraqis, middle easterners etc...He carries it as well as anyone I've seen..No beet red face or hypertension "look" which is the signal, the beginning of the end, no purple look or overly bad skin conditions, a tell tale sign of liver problems.
I mean if you stayed that big you'd die at 50 no doubt...But for every 10lbs you lost you'd probably add 2 years of life lol..might make 65 if he gets down to 195 HAHA...

So, thus the need for the cover story and on top of that of course, the supplement industry. Putting these guys in these ads and slyly worded it to confuse the naive and stupid is straight up fraud. Most if not all of us fell for it at some point. Not all of its shit, I mean look at the winners of the prestigious bodybuilding.com awards.. ;D Anyway the machine keeps moving. The funny part in all this, is that all this could be fixed with the judges. If the judging went back to late 80's, early 90s, people would be much more impressed and you'll guarantee get more people on board. I'm not saying mainstream because it in it's current form it is an extreme "sport" but you'll certainly get more fans. In addition, the posing. Actually judge the posing round the way it was once written and not the way it's currently judged. Give the posing trunks back their dignity vs. the thong it's turned into. And enforce the fucking rules. Gyno, gut, synthol, implants, skin that looks like shit, narrow, unbalanced, shitty tan etc...All of that needs to be enforced and then and only then will this "sport" every gain respect in the eyes of the majority. Till then you get everyone trying to generate as much money as possible at the expense of the "sport". Even Papa Joe Weider said in an interview with Rick Drasin, that he did not like where the sport was. Arnold doesn't like it. Well then who the fuck is running this shit? Look to them. And they'll make every excuse in the world to defend it staying the way it is.
