been experiementing with more rich fatty foods latley
thus if i eat rich foods i cut out fruit juices unless its a v8 and CONUME A SHITLOAD MORE WATER
many wonder how i got back in shape
well first it was low carb, then it was low fat wich worked well.
now ive learned you dont get the best workouts on low fat , well obvously ofcourse because when you deny fat your intensity goes down. but you can still do manual labor quite well,
the beer can give you crazy intensity if you do it right, the problem is at night when you want to go to sleep, your muscles will still be 'intense' but your mind will be so tired, this causes rapid heart rate and shit i dont want to deal with
so now eating the richer fattier foods in 'iite proportions' with a shitload of water seems to be the key. there are no off days because if i let up my lower back will agitate and i dont need that either
so no chocolate either, had some snickers yesterday and none today, wow i was so out of it at 3 pm today nice little headache above the eye. so i was like fuck that, im cutting out chocolate too
when people ask me i how did i slim down i say never have an off day but always try to do more everyday (of course you dont just endlessley improve) but you have to have a mindset to do more and not less that way you never slack for days
my workouts are like this
200-300 jumping jacks a day (great for calves)
50 knuckle pushups in sets
running sprints
dumbell rows
my food
15 large raw carrots a day. these help slow down metabolism if you are feeling rapid heart beat or you want to calm down or just need a near no calorie substance for digestion
v8 juice
beans and bean burgers
slice of carrot cake
quinoa with mixed veggies
lima beans and fritos
lots of lemon juice concentrate and lemonade
various cereals ( crispix, organic peanutbutter puffs)

yep, but i left out potatoes

Life is too short to live / eat in this manner. I just eat pretty clean, train 3-4 times a week, and then have a blow out once a week with 10 pints of ale and pizza / curry. Props for your commitment though.
