That Coleman video is absolutely legendary.  Pro bodybuilder, absolutely shredded, insane physique and he doubles 800. The size of his lats, arms and quads just before he dips under the bar to set up- unmatched ever. Sure, slightly high reps but it was easy and he had plenty more left. Epic.

You all do realize that Ronnie is wearing one of those so called Cheat suits in the video right? That is a Squat suit from Inzer Advance Designs that he is wearing. Really no more impressive then a guy wearing one of those cheater bench shirts!! just saying!!!

;D  And I know you saw how easy those shoulder straps went up too. He could have put that suit on by himself.  Extremely lose suit 50-70 pounds max. I'm just sayin'.

Knee wraps and belt. Best gym lifts are 900's in the squat, high 5's on the bench, and I'm not sure on deadlift, but I think high 7's on deadlift working around injures.

He's sorta come outta nowhere after switching from bodybuilding.

Its a shame he went on a 3 year anadrol and cookie dough binge, he's crazy strong but there are powerlifters like sam byrd and mat K who are just as strong without letting themselves go to absolute shit
