Title: Worst BFTO dvd?

Has to be the 2011 version ...

Was trying to watch some training to get a bit of motivation to hit the gym ...

But I was like WTF?

this are the  the "champs" featured that year

9-Jay Culter

For some reason Kai and Dexter were missing in action in this dvd.

Mr.O is getting less impressive bodybuilders each year.

i actually have 2012  which is also pretty lame guys lift weights that 70 year olds can do. not too exciting heath comes off like a tool. kai green does lunges with 55 lbs and acts like it's killing him. PATHETIC :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(. a big disappontment.
