Title: Is it now acceptable to be on speaker phone out in public?

I'm seeing this more and more now where people are walking around with their phones on speaker as they talk.  Just this week I was at Costco and some whore was on speakerphone as she was shopping and another I saw at the mall doing the same thing.  What the fuck is wrong with people?
