Watching this seriously makes me question Platz claim that he squatted 225 non stop for 10 minutes, no way, his cardio would ve given out way before.

I thought the strongman would win. Didn't think the oly/PL were going to be close ??? How do people who train close to 1 rm beat guys who do higher rep work? Interesting result.

that bodybuilder had bad mechanic for squatting. did you see him falling face to the floor? ;D

Impressive result from the powerlifter.

They all did really good, the BB was unlucky when he fell forward, I thought the weightlifter did the best job even though he and powerlifter had equal reps, the weightlifters were ass to the grass on every rep, perfect form... some of the powerlifters squats I thought were a bit shallow but again good job to all those guys, quite an impressive feat.

WL did the best overall.
Not gonna watch again but if I remember correctly the bb did a 20 rep set straight out of the gate.
Maybe that screwed him over for the 5 minute duration with lactic acid buildup??

Yeah, I think he went down an inch or two lower than normal and just couldn't get back up.... leaned forward too much and lost his balance, I don't think he broke parallel on any of his Squats and the one time he did he couldn't recover, likewise with the powerlifter, I thought his Squats were a bit shallow also.... Not taking anything away from these guys.... To Squat to parallel for 50+ Reps with their BW is damn impressive! but again, I thought the weightlifter did the best job by going that much deeper on every rep...

True. All of those guys were gassing out badly after a couple of minutes.
Cool video though.
