He can barely breathe...and I don't see a long, bright future ahead for him. Sorry, that's just scary. It's almost like he's taken every thing to the limits already. Nothing left in the tank for old age.

Awesome to look this way, but in talking to guys like Mike Matarazzo and Ed Corney, it's not gonna be a very long road for Jose. He puts on more and more size at 5' tall. "So far my body has responded better with more muscle" ~ inside or out? Still like lookin' at the freak, and I wouldn't mind looking like him, but I wouldn't want to be in his shoes in the next 5 years... just seems kind of scary lookin' at him... like he could just drop. Not hatin' just callin it like I see it.

He can't have much of an "off-season" because his cuts are very shallow. If he even gets his bodyfat near the double-digits, you wont see one cut and probably not one vein. Weird.
I can't think of anyone else this size that is as sick looking though. I'll give him that. Not even Flex Lewis....nobody.

I especially like how his belly is hanging over his weight belt 1 week out from the show.
It takes dedication to know that youre going to be stepping on stage in 1 week and have no problem eating pop tarts and snicker bars.

With Flex and Henry being genetically superior bodybuilders, Jose has to practically, if not actually, kill himself to have a chance against them.
When you see Raymond in person or in pictures standing alone it's hard to imagine anyone beating him. But when you stand him next to someone like David Henry you really start to see how lacking Raymond is and how much of an uphill battle he has.

I really do like watching him compete against the likes of Flex and the others in that class. I was just reading an article (by chance) in an MD mag where he actually say's that if he does NOT come in at 100%, he gets taken out immediately.
He can't even be a tiny bit "off" like some guys can, and you can see why. There really is no depth in his separation anywhere. His chest is shallow, abs, tris, everything... so what he does is gets shredded to the bone instead. He doesn't quite have that dry "grainy" look that Dorian made so famous, but he looks good and thick.
It's weird. If you watch his off-season training vids, he looks fat. His belly really protrudes and you see absolutely 0 separation.
Whoever said a few posts ago that he has to almost kill himself to compete is spot-on.
It's scary watching him train b/c he is always panting and out of air. It' like he is entirely anaerobic and has 0 aerobic capacity.
Scary. It's like one of those American Bully's... always panting.

His detail, separation and tie-ins are bad. He lacks that pop...Flex Lewis, Henry, Ant, and Correa are heads and shoulders above him.

Obviously they DON'T! "Stay Healthy???" Jose is so full of it as he huffs and puffs.
Tito is really comfortable at his weight and Jose is really struggling.

Some of us could take on the same attitude. It's not like a lot of us don't have the genetics to do something bigger and better physique wise, but then that's entirely subjective.
We might not be Pro's but we could run around looking like Brahma Bulls if we wanted to "up the dosage"
These guys have made a conscious choice to "cross that line" into the "stardom" phase ~

I found out early its genes first yea you want to throw sum drugs and try to make to the "big time" but close no cigar then what you got? How many Mr O' you got compared to people that have tried? Lou maybe can answer.
