I wish the dolphins and all their sea friends like the sharks and whales would have the same "adult maturing" ritual on them. I'm appalled that it's 2014 and this is still happening. Has not 1 person tried to stop this? I guess since it's considered "normal" in that country, everyone living in it is going to be for it. Ugh!!!!!

While it may seem a good idea to feed wildlife, you are doing them a disservice, first off the animals lose the necessary fear they have of humans and it erodes their fight or flight response, so they then become more susceptible to predators and vehicle collisions. Wildlife that have been fed regularly can develop food-seeking aggression and experience social stress within their population. Regularly fed wild animals can become aggressive toward people and pets and when this happens conservation officers are brought in to remove these animals and they are usually destroyed. Not only this, the food people often feed wildlife doesn't fulfill the animals nutritional requirements, making them overweight and undernourished. It also diminishes their ability to forage and find food for themselves, leaving them dependent on handouts. You may also attract a larger than usual population to the area where there is an artificial food source, so when disease or illness hits, it quickly decimates them all.
These are just some of the reasons NOT to feed wildlife, just remember you aren't feeding them to help them, because you are actually harming them. You are feeding them to receive some 'feel good' for yourself. If you genuinely care about wildlife, you will stop feeding them.
The best thing you can do to care for the wild animals on your property is to give them habitat, not handouts. Naturescaping is a great way to provide the animals with natural sources of food and shelter that will not put them in danger the way a human-provided food source will.

We are not allowed to drill off the coast in Florida but have to watch other countries do it.
You complain yet you still want to keep your house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. You want to use your washers and dryers and you TVs and computers. Energy requires resources. When you are able to give up all energy derived from these natural resources then you can talk.
You are clueless to what it takes to keep you in your comfortable and cushy life. Try to go without electricity for one week. Go without using anything that is fuel by gas for one week.
