Props, but the little guy's knees move inward as he ascends and it gets worse as he goes heavier. That bothers me.

Many top level powerlifters like Dan Green and many weightlifters advocate a slight inward tweak for people built a certain way. Nothing wrong with it if it is done correctly it can add a shit ton to your squat by engaging different muscles at the right moment.
Like Derek Kendall his knees track in a weird way...But he squats 975 raw...Can't really argue with that.

Klokov Olympic champion who was ass to grass worth 260 kilo.....don't think his knee movement matters

the comment was about the guy training with Klokov
btw Mark Bells "Power" magazine this month has a 2nd part to their interview with Klokov from the last issue
current issue also has an interview with Don Reinhoudt
This is the only magazine I've purchased in years. I'm hoping Mark Bell can keep it going

#572 / #260
Reds = 25 Kg
Yellow = 15 Kg
Small Reds = 2.5 Kg for 1
Collars = 11 kg
Bar = 20 kg

Dark Green plates = 50 kg, sometimes. These are only seen in training or in Powerlifting Competition now. I think the Paralympics use them too, but they might be a black plate.
Regular Green = 10 Kg
Blue = 20 kg
The small colored plates are usually valued at 1/10 the weight of the larger ones.
Sometimes in American competition, you'll see a Gold plate, these are 45 kg or #100. They go back to older American Powerlifting meet rules.

The title of this thread is 5 rep squat workout. Is there a question? What's the point of this? Not being a dick, just don't understand what the title. Are you asking what are the benefits?

No need to fuck with your knees, so I do the same (deep, but no lock out)
Anyway, this is a classic powerlifting <-> bodybuilding debate...

I'm gonna leave it a mystery for you to figure out
I suggest you stop everything you're doing and concentrate until you solve the mystery
-
5 rep squat workout you mean 5 rep fuck up your knees and back then claim that squats are bad workout, now for bodybuilders 20 rep squats is the way to go and if you can handle it then just do 15 reps.
-
Five reps are for strength.
