Eat a small amount of HIGH QUALITY meat every few days - at all cost.

Do not let the feminized no meat shit go to your head but on the other side don't waste resources/your health by chowing down poisoned beef by the pound each day.

I have done a cycle on a vegan diet...without any eggs and meat. Gains were depressing.

this. Nothing more unnatural than going against our evolution. Eat meat. Real meat. Not honey-glazed bacon. Meat. Just don't go buck wild with the amounts, keep it quality, and eat your vegetables.

I love my meat with a large bowl of salad having melted cheese.

This.

But it's funny how we attribute eating meat with "manliness".

There's nothing manly about a fanny pack wearing, oiled and thonged up dude munching on a steak. I could see if you went out and killed your own animal but this eating meat thing doesn't automatically make you a man.

Seems so, now people with high IQ's tend to not get along in the normal world and become loners.  Most high IQ people end up lost.

You dont 'need' meat at all and it has more negative health effects than positive. I still eat the occasional burger or steak at a nice restaurant but other than that I dropped meat from my diet. Havent noticed one bad effect at all. And costs way less to go grocery shopping
