bullshit the who were innovators they had it all when they came out in 1964 and when they hit the usa in 1967 thats all she wrote.
every one wanted to be THE WHO.

I like them both..

Rush = technical virtuosity and epic tales sung poorly. Minimal/no soul to the music, and chicks don't dig it
The Who = powerful & clean rock. Great vocalists and more soul to the sound. Chicks dig 'em more than Rush
