Derek, Basile, Keith....don't hate Palumbo....never had a personal issue with him, just his former buddy Romao, complete snake in the grass scam artist.

Ruptured quad tendon decending stairs at gym in Mumbai India. Crazy shit like that happens with over developed muscle. I ruptured my pec right off the bicep insertion doing incline warm ups. Go figure.
