Title: Rich Gaspari - new book coming out at the 2014 Arnold

Last Monday, after the 2014 Los Angeles Fit Expo, which was an incredible success (30% more people than they year before resulting in close to 50,000 people), Rich stopped by my office.  If you haven't talked to Rich, he is very cool, and quite down to earth!

His new book will be coming out at the 2014 Arnold, along with new new products too.

He kicked ass on the bodybuilding stage & he's one of the most respected names in supplement world.

Hard work pays off, this dude proves it.

Yes, much more down to earth than people realize, and was cool with everyone at the Fit Expo too!  Of course, he knows to check out Getbig :)

You guys know that Liz and Rich are no longer together, since February of 2012 or so...

What Liz does is on her!
