Title: Term limits for Getbig moderators

I hereby propose term limits for moderators. Maybe a 6 month run and then you're out. The power goes to these guy's heads and then they treat the position as an opportunity for revenge and favoritism. There's ONE moderator who apparantly feels the position is his reason for living. Let's get some names on this petition and get it on Ron's desk.
