TNA held Kurt Angle's Hall of Fame induction ceremony at today's Impact Wrestling tapings from London, England. The induction will air on the February 27th episode of Impact.
The ceremony began with a video package and a speech by Jeremy Borash, who was in the ring with a podium. Angle was introduced to a big standing ovation from the UK crowd. Borash presented Angle with a gold Rolex watch and Angle gave an emotional speech until Ethan Carter III interrupted, leading to Angle vs. Ethan for TNA's Lockdown pay-per-view being announced.
Im sure he doesnt actually give a shit about this "honour", headlining an episode of Smackdown would likely be a more prestigious event.

There was a brief discussion about whether or not TNA would launch a TNA network, boy would that be a failure. I hate seeing Jeremy Borash anywhere never mind on a dedicated network, he thinks hes a hot shit in wrestling circles when infact hes a nobody. I was delighted to see Bischoff tear him a new asshole online.

Lauper should go in before Carey and Pete Rose. She was one of the celebrities to help take pro-wrestling mainstream.

Yep, both Drew Carey and Pete Rose are in. IMO, Lauper should have gone in way before them, which is why I think she is long overdue. However, as I've explained before: I don't much care who they induct at this point.
