These studs

1.  Eat 2500 calories a day
2.  Eat about 120-140g protein each day
3.  Don't count macros, otherwise
4.  Are 220 lbs mulatto muscle machines

Conclusion:

Don't listen to dumb training advices, it's all NDNA anyway
