Yes I have. I used to do a couple hundred a day after wrestling practics. I've heard people say you can't build muscle that way but it seems like I sure did. It also seemed like it made my quads more defined. I also used to do wall sits. Brutal.

They are better than doing nothing, certainly won't build massive quads!
