I agree that working "out" is important (nay essential) for long-term health.

This can be achieved without burgers though I suspect.

Just made myself a big fat homemade burger,with unprocessed cheese,on a whole wheat bun with light mayo.

Tasty and no additional pink slime added!!

Just got off the phone with Kurt Falcon in the Philippines. He stated that while working out was 'mildly beneficial in terms of health and leans' eating a shitload of burgers wasn't a requirement in the equation.
