Got up 5 fucking times last night, surely the benefits of drinking a gallon of water a day aren't better than the benefits of a good uninterrupted nights sleep? Shit man im tired and I got a big squat and dead session coming up tonight and tomorrow its MMA training.

I have to stop drinking any fluids lately 2- 3 hours before going to bed or I literally have to wake up to piss 2- 4 times a night. Its ridiculous

To answer your question, just drink most of the water in the morning and afternoon and taper it down during the evening.
I drink around 4-6 litres a day but barely any of it is drunk after dinner. :)

Keep a large empty water bottle by the bed... that way all you have to do is roll over and pee... never have to get up.

after a couple days your body adjusts to the water intake and you donr piss as much. Rifht now the water is having a diuretic effect and your pissing out the excess water.
