I have 1 kettlebell...it's 75lbs and I use it probably 4-5 days a week

i use them for 1-arm tricep extentions, and sometimes i'll put them on the end of a bar when benching.

i use them with clients everyday, though.

I don't say anything on Getbig that I don't say when I'm out in the world. 

Also, anyone who tries to kick my ass for it will get clapped so I'm not really worried.

Lots of good cardio drills with the kettle bells, they've just become established a normal piece of gym equipment, so you don't hear about them as much as when they were a popular fad.

Girevoy Sport is still pretty huge in the eastern countries, and has a decent following in the States, although they may not call it that. Many of the known Girevoy guys have crazy endurance levels -

I still say kettlebells are fucking great for 1 arm tricep ext's behind the head. much better feel than a db. hard part is finding a gym with 30-40+ kg kettlebells.

Last year I have donated 2 KB of 64kg to local PCYC gym & female cop (lesbian) who was gym manager that day could not lift  1  ;D

My gym has them and I fucking stubbed my toe on one trying to get to the weights. Besides one arm extensions are better with chains and you look way cooler.
