Thanks for your concern, "Spermo".

Getbiggers were hoping for another DA style outcome ;D
We'll just have to wait for someone else.
On a serious note, have they pointed out what may have been the cause for the high values? I always thought any kidney damage was permanent?

Anyone that wishes you to have kidney failure is an asshole. Why would anyone want to see you suffer?
I just hope you die quick and painless.

Oh, you will cross the Rubicon at some point. Don`t pretend your kidneys are something special or something to be continually messed with.

What the dunce fails to understand is that kidneys do not regenerate. Consistent hypertension because of your steroid use is damaging the kidneys by causing ischemia to renal cells
Only on getbig would someone brag about this

@disgusted, the advice was as follow:
after looking at all the parameters and the rate the kidneys absorb waste, his only conclusion was they can barely keep up with the protein breakdown.
his very very forst advice was to go off any gear immediately.haha i loked at him and said "i did" ;D he rolled his eyes and said "well look either listen or we gonna have diaalisis counceling eventualy".usualy hes not so =serious but there he was.
then we talked about the training regiment and diet.he thought theres to much protein breakdown etc.
he suggested to get a little bit fatter as the body keeps dehydrating to fast, and more days off the gym, no more every day going.
and especialy not going fasted when so lean, that he empazised clearly.
just to describe how it was, it was realy always pretty near contest condition, and most of the days the amnount of water i had to drink just to be hydrated was pretty crazy.if i drank little bit less, there would be cramps very soon.
doing this all year is no good.
he was kind of clutching at straws but he got it right.
now im few lbs fatter, do a little bit different diet, and it all recovered very greatly.
he also said that cholesterol levels can get out of order with exagerately lean ppl, which was also the case.
however,i still say the fastest way to get shredded is as ive always said before.
theres things i forgot, it was many visits to the doc, screenings etc, but the above is more or less what its been about.
Wow, you sound like a class act.
yah i know i was supposed to offer the other cheek for a fist to the eyesocket :-*

Gal,
I am glad you are doing great brother. I told you that you had a good doc over there and to listen to him. Stay strong.
Nico
yes man thank you.
usualy they dont look into why and what, they just prescribe something etc.
got lucky that this one actulay finds his work interesting.
and yes, went off as in truly off.what a horrible time :-X
then restarted briefly with a supplement that said "masterona" on it, very good, approved supplement.

im in it for the health look :D
btw shootout to adonis who offered a kidney in the worst case scenario with the words"then atleast youd be part jewish" ;D ;D
-
Glad to see you're doing better, man.
It's little tweaks like that which need to be made to keep the body in tip top condition. Alarmists are scared and thinking you need to cut absolutely everything, but the body is resilient. There are people doing 10 grams of anabolics per week and that doesn't include the scary beta 2 reception agonists, the stimulants, the diuretics (far less forgiving than AAS), etc. And the idiots WISHING harm upon you? Fuck them, what a bunch of losers. They've got such pathetic lives that they need to see someone else suffering so they can feel like they're relevant.
Glad you're doing better, man. Goes to show how important the occasional blood panel is. You can feel fine and dandy but there could always be some sort of nagging injury or genetic predisposition to something. Juice can be used pretty safely. I talk to a few doctors in town that monitor all the local juice heads and they're objective and just mention the extra stress it places on certain things in your body and what you can do to mitigate the risks. No one's going to stop juicing, so might as well be realistic. At the end of the day, you can juice pretty hard and relatively haphazardly with little to no problem. But it's good to get a check up, just to be safe.

Good to see you listened to your doctor. Stick with a healthier lifestyle and you'll live a long full life. You've learned what extremes can do to mess up your system. Moderation is key.
My wife's kidneys are shot. She is currently doing dialysis for 4 hours, 3 days a week as a result of a recent acute kidney failure. You don't want that. Being jacked is not worth it. Not that my wife was ever a bodybuilder; quite to opposite, in fact. You will need to manage your protein intake and other things like blood pressure and insulin levels to keep your kidneys on an even healthy keel.

:D
amen brother

you know PM, acute failure is realy bad, the chronical kind atleast you can impose counter measures.
feeling bad for your wife man.
as far im concerned, there will only ever be true honest trt for me.no compromises.
even thought stopping anything whatsoever to do with this lifestyle, but that was weak moments, you know, on top of that came the shoulder, this grinds on ones motivation.
He has no girlfriend or kid. He's a compulsive liar making up threads for attention.
i am a happy mingle.
@dustin, ppl wishing harm on others says everything about them, no need to further discuss this.
the body has great recevoery potential, but taking it too far can be risk of sudden acute things, and not having blod panels etc(i know ppl who are afraid to do them)can lead to something long term chronical.
doing them monthly now, 300dollaros every time, but good thing when you live in elite nation thats affordable ;D
if not, ill just start a hedge fund with roger beacon and quickblade, with arce as ceo.

My wife has had chronic kidney failure for years. Her kidneys were functioning at between 17 and 22% of normal for at least the last 5 years. So far, the doctors have no clue what tipped the scale. At this point her kidney function is not measureable. Between dialysis treatments, her BUN and creatinine go right back up. Today, they removed 1.8 liters of fluid during dialysis. Last Wednesday, it was 2.5 liters. Her diet is presently fluid restrictive because of the problems retaining fluids can cause to the heart and lungs. She also has congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, type II diabetes and a non functioning thyroid.

let me guess the diabetes 2 and blood pressure where there first and then it got worse as time went on and ended in renal failure.
yeah bun and creatinine are "mere" indicators, but when they both shoot up, everythings wrong.
yes the water retention is a nightmare, and cant realy fight it with diuretics or the heaert will fail eventualy.
all the best to the both of you, youre a good guy,man
-
ok haha you little cocksuckers, you can now knock it off with the kidney issue
it recovered fully.
50% reduction in BUN-UREA
:D
triglkycerides reduced by 50% too.0.9 nmol-liter.thank you very much.
creatinine kinease perfect.
i hope this helps.
liver values perfect despite training every day before testing.
thnaks for those who wished me well, i was actualy a bit concerned back then.

Ouch!! I guess our "free healthcare" in Canada carries a cost, mine's $140 for a family of 3 but it covers things like bloodwork. When I get getting the jimminy back in my cricket and doing the gonadotropins I was doing around 5-6 blood tests each month. I'd hate to pay for that out of pocket. If I ever have a health scare I go to the doctor, take the blood work requisition and check off all the boxes I'm concerned about. The doctor knows precisely what it's for and we don't even discuss it after, I just go online and check the results lol ;D

Type II diabetes is probably at the core of all my wife's health concerns today. She first developed it when she was pregnant with our daughter. This was 38 years ago. She ignored the diabetes and her health in general for decades until it was obvious that something was very wrong. This was about the time she suffered diabetic retinopathy in both eyes. I think the fact that she could have gone blind actually opened her eyes to the fact that she needed to take better care of her health. Unfortunately, a lot of the damage diabetes does to the body, was already in progress. To be honest, some of her health issues are just her shitty genetics. Her mom died from a stroke when she was not yet 50 years old.
We can do a lot to insure good health, but we can't guarantee it. I inherited the tendency to get cancer from my forefathers and mothers. I've stayed on top of this. So far, I and my doctors have caught every possibility of cancer at the earliest stages and I am presumably cancer free at the moment. But, one never knows when the big C will show up again.
-
Wouldn`t it be nice to live in a time where Galeniko, Me and Primemuscles wife and everyone else could be part cyborg? Where we could just replace parts with cybernetics, upgrades to whatever genetics we are shackled with, instead of playing treat the symptom, slow the disease.
I Don`t think any of us will see it happen, but it would be rather nice.

yes this is very risky for women, almosr evry one of them turn diabetic2 while pregnant, its "normal", but must fix diet and life after birth immediately or theres risk of diabetes 2 to stay, and then all the bad "followups"
ppl always say the broad, vague term "genetics", but i think humans eventualy will figure out all the health problems some day and figure out exactly what does what, and they will look back at this current lifetime and say "wow, they knew nothing"

I'm all about downloading my conciousness before I die. It'll be possible with the rate computer memory is increasing.
I envision more of a blurring between the distinction of man and machine, just as you mention.
People's fear is senseless ignorance. Let humanity blossom

It seems like as soon as we humans figure out one health problem, others appear. This is not a scientific opinion, but it occurs to me the we humans have overpopulated this planet and new viruses are just one way that nature fights back trying to keep the order of things. Many years ago, I read an article which likened humans to rats. Rats given the right conditions overpopulate their environment. When this happens they will kill and often eat each other until their population is once again under control. Let's hope we never really come to that.
Obesity is a huge health problem in many developed countries, particularly in the U.S. One would suppose we should easily be able to avoid obesity in most instances and yet in this land of plenty, it's still on the rise. So much so that children are developing type II diabetes. And is it any wonder? We eat crap and we feed our kids crap, not only at home but in school. Often it is the least affluent people who have the greatest issue with obesity. Low income kids get much of their nutrition from school, often breakfast, lunch and a snack. It some cases even bag lunches to get them through the weekends. I serious lack of exercise is also to blame. P.E. programs have fallen to budget cuts. Kids lead sedate lives where they play video games, etc. instead or being out doing something physical. Obesity may be the biggest health crises we face now and in the future.

Galeniko has been much more friendly recently. Not sure if it had to do with his kidney scare or not.
We have had our differences in the past, but Getbig needs a guy like Galeniko.
We are all bodybuilders here.

let them eat themsleves up, they will never in thei rlife experience something like i did this weekend in amsterdam haha, getiggers been there, this was so to say the ibiza warmup ;D

No such thing though. Its called imaginary.
And wishful thinking.
And man do they really stretch the concept to fit their world view. I remember when Idi Amin and Yasser Arafat died I was actually told, in real life, as well as reading it, how it was Karma catching up with them. Amin was 78 years old and Arafat was 75 years old. And both live very unhealthy and self indulgent lives.
The fact is that this is a very unfair and unjust world. The Rabbi Harold Kushner wrote a great book on this, "When Bad Things Happen to Good People"

Hey asshole, you're not out of the woods yet, you fucking coward.
-
Why is this being joked about?
Kidney failure usually doesn't fix itself.. once they are toast, they stay toast.
The liver, on the other hand does have the ability to recover once whatever is causing the problem is stopped.
If this isn't another typical GB meltdown B.S. thread, there should be some educational/'empirical data" to share.
For example:
What did you feel? The kidneys aren't far from the lumbar region and the pain is often mistaken one for the other (low back vs. Kidneys)
Were there Kidney Stones involved?
Urine turn colors? Stink? Piss often?
I mean, we all know that most of the "NON-COMPETITORS" here like to run high-doses and throw caution to the wind... for no reason other than to... ???????
I don't know. Turn this into something positive or cut it. That's my vote. Fuck.
-
Hey asshole, you're not out of the woods yet, you fucking coward.
want to call me on the phone and do some dirty talk? :-* :-*

I don't care if he wanted to fuck you in the ass in return that's something.
Now I have to confirm with TA because it's just so unbelievable. But that guy has surprised me more than once. I never forgot how much respect and courtesy he always showed Keith/OnlyMe even though Keith always treated him like shit. He did it because he knew that Keith in real life was a good man with a good heart who actually did good things to help people. So it didn't matter to TA how he treated him personally. Just that he was a good man.

I have never hoped for this and I don't care for the accusation, thank you very much. As if I somehow stand to gain by your demise.
Whether your kidney fails or not is of no importance to me one way or another.
