Tue. Back
Wed. Shoulders + Tric
Thu. OFF
Fri. Legs
Sat. Training from Mon.
Sun. Training from Tue.
Body part per 4/5 day ( 1st week every 5 day, 2nd week every 4 day ).
Only one day OFF in Thursday. Anyone try Split with more than one body part per 7 day but with this same volume/intensity how it was per 7 day?
-
Increase frequency, decrease volume. No rocket science.
-
For bodybuilding....
Hit each body part twice per week. One day heavy, lower reps (5-8) One day lighter (10-15).
Training one bodypart per week is the biggest bunch of crap ever perpetuated in bodybuilding.

What about OFF days? Does anyone can go in a row 6/7 days weight lifting without probllem of oviertrain?
-
bro science in full swing

I heard that overtrain is myth in BB lifestyle...
I feel better on weight days than my day is OFF so i want to try something other than training one part every 7 day becouse i lifted only 4/5 times per week.
I don't want to cut volume or intense so i asked about training body part every 4/5/6 day. My gym is open 24/7 so i want to have only one OFF day in week. It will be 6 days lifting without break sometimes.

i havent had a scheduled off day in a long time...as long as you keep your CNS primed you wont overtrain...
and lets face it...with any typical bodybuilding routine you can NOT overtrain...just under eat...

So which one with my two options would be better with only one day ( Thursday ) OFF or sometimes without day OFF?
I like to train about 3-5 exercises ( depend of muscle group ) with 3-6 sets ( depend of amount reps per exercises ).
-
Ok, so what about it:
Legs ( 16-18 sets for Quads, 9 sets for Hams, 6-8 sets for Calves )
Main exercise: Squats 5-6 sets, 5-10 reps
Shoulders + Triceps ( 21 sets for Shoulders, 12 sets for Triceps )
Main exercise: Dumbbell Press, 5 sets, 6-10 reps
Main exercise: Dips, 4 sets, 6-10 reps
Back ( 23 sets for Back )
Main exercise: Dead Lift 5-6 sets, 5-10 reps
Chest + Biceps ( 21 sets for Chest, 12 sets for Biceps )
Main exercise: Barbell Bench Press 5 sets, 6-10 reps
Main exercise: Barbell Curl, 4 sets, 6-10 reps
Mn. Legs
Tue. Shoulders + Triceps

I like 3 on 1 off that hits each bobypart twice every 8 days. Also, I have a physical job which requires a little more rest.
Day 1. Chest/arms/abs/calves
Day 2.Legs/abs
Day 3. Back/delts/abs

I want to try it with only sometimes Day OFF ( "listen to your body" )... but don't know it can be good option... hmm... : )
-
So u want to say that my idea is stupid? ;D
-
If you cant get at least 33 sets on each bodypart it's a waist of time.

I see sarcazm in Your post... but i real ask. Is it possible to gain muscle by lift every fking day ( body part every 4 day )? Did anyone try it?
