Title: guess my weight??

Whenever this subject comes up people always guess I am about 225/240    I am currently 281lbs    I believe this is because I am very symmetrical.   I read something in another thread about your calfs matching your upper arms.. are they any other guidelines like this

i get undereatimated too, ppl dont realize how huge my head is.
