so as first thing, went and met dropinplate in a fine posh restarant ;D
we warmed up to eachotehr quickl;y no homo and had a few hours a talking, very nice guy too bad time was short for the both of us, didnt have 1 minute of sleep , so soon went to the hotel, bc night out was on the programme.
me and frend scheduled to meet with bigmc and crew at the most best club in amsterdam, of vip lounge, not with the commoners on the bottom dance floor.

I lived there for nearly 3 years and I'm 6'5"...usually wear timberlands or other boots on a night out and hit about 6'6.5"/6'7". I notice if there's a guy in a bar taller than me and it's usually rare or there's one or two but in Holland there'd be a half dozen guys my height or taller. Not a big deal to see a 7 footer there, seen plenty. One of the guys I drank with was 6'9" and his mate was 7'2". Beanpoles but dwarfed me nonetheless.

this isnt to do with the club but the next day i had to go to the city(yes all clothing shops etc are open on sunday there)and i had no clothes other than that shirt haha, so went to the city in that notorious shirt, and tried some stuff right there in the shops, not in the cabins where you try stuff on, but right in the middle of shops, the ladys who worked there and bypassers had quite the vaginal meltings :D

nah never use fatburners, as weird it sounds,they throw me off the diet.
believe or not, sunday morning there were striations on glutes, i didnt even shot for such condition thought im not very dry or lean when i went, i simply dont eat when hunger kicks in, i simply occupy myself with other things,being busy.
no not even the 30gramm protein meal inbetween, i have the mindset to eat when i must, instead of according to a clock, food doesnt occupy my mind, some ppl get nervous when hunger comes in,some are afraid of muscle loss, i just tell myself, oh well, there will be fatloss all good.
and i eat clean 99% of the time.

sure its better than the trash the mexicans bring to the usa, but most ppl come amsterdam bc they allowed legaly to smoke and buy in the first place, and nations with liberal laws will generaly have beter weed, the producers mustnt be afraid too much and can cultivate the plants indoor, try out modifying seeds etc.
