If you're showing martial arts guy's physiques, this is the real deal. He competed for Japan in wrestling in the Olympics and competed in MMA.  He might be retired now. 5'8" 148lbs. of ripped fat free athletic muscle.

Please don't tell me it's attainable by average gym rats. This is a world class athlete.
