he almost became the first casualty of "too much synthol"...at least he didn't lie about it and say it was something totally unrelated

i had a discussion with trevor smith (PIP) about why milos had this synthol look while others did'nt. he said he thought it was because he did his inject his arms closer to the elbow and not at the peak of the muscle. trevors advice on how to do this crap came from Paul Borresen (PIP u 2). only shot at the peak! and like 5cc at once. fuck how much scar tissue this amounts to! one of my biggest regrets in bb EVER come from following this SHIT. i only did 2 bottles but still have scar tissue until this day. however they do it today it works better. look at mr o 2000, everybody apparantly was on tons and used it diffrent. stretching fascia bullshit... fuck synthol! grrrr!

Milos was truly a Genius in the weight room....he once mentioned in flex magazine how one time he had an Arm workout without using weights at all and that his mind/muscle connection helped him achieve an excruciating Pump......I'll leave it at that

He lives in serbia these days and is engaged with some new woman. he seems like a great guy, he is not allowed back in the states.....or how is it? I have forgotten details on this issue

There was a BFTO segment where I think he did this...just flexing his bicep and then commenting on the pump he got...he was doing this as an experiment on the mind-muscle connection...
I don't think he did that for legs.

Did he not try and ay his accident with synthol was his first time he used hit?
Photos suggest otherwise and the comment about the weak arm being better than syntholl arms is 100% spot on, they ruin his physique

Well, if you flex your bicep, you can get a pump of sorts---kinda like "practicing the mind muscle" aspect...maybe that is what he going on about. Kinda like how Arnold talked about posing his chest between sets.
*I'm not going to lie, back in the day when I saw that BFTO I tried the "Milos way"...
I concluded that there was a reason why his arms were not up to par with his legs.
