Title: Best protein money can buy
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on February 14, 2014, 12:58:03 PM
Costco rotisserie chicken for $4.99.  It is more like a small turkey and super delicious.  I don't understand why more poor people don't pony up the $50 membership fee ( they probably spend more on lotto tickets per week) and just buy a chicken a day.  They can get $5 panhandling in 30 minutes and feed their family with it.

Uh, they have those chickens at all grocery stores.  No need to go to Costco.

Usually not as big as the costco ones and not as cheap.

Not true man.  Ralphs and Safeway have them, but they are 1/2 the size and cost $7.99 and super salty.

Why not 3 lbs of boiled potatoes? The Amino Acid Score is also much higher than in beef. 20g of protein with ample energy just like that. Digest perfectly.

How many jacked irishmen do you see walking around?  Plus you need to waste energy to cook the potatoes, probably need water or a stove.  The Costco chicken is already cooked and ready to go.

A little portly.  Was he fat or just hiding something in his jacket?

Costco 4.99 chicken is a staple in my household. Such a great deal, and they taste amazing.

$4.99 will also get you 8 piece chicken leg and thighs at Costco. I cook them in a nice red sauce with garlic, mushrooms and peppers. Put it over some pasta and what a cheap meal.

I'll say this about eating right. If you want to eat right it's cheap. Eating crap is expensive.

In Canada it's $7.99 and they're definitely bigger than at other stores which are often $8.99 or more.

My sister-in-law bought me 20 rotisserie chickens for Christmas from the US. I just take it out of the freezer before I want to bake one up and try a new recipe each time. They're wicked. 8)

In the latest issue of Flex, Hitler went over his cycle in depth. I think he fudged the dosages a bit.
