this. Im a horrible bencher. Other people are great benchers. Depends a lot on mechanics and genetics... I.E. skeletal structure, ROM, etc.

This kid looks like garbage. I've seen a few of his videos and just shake my head at each and every one. He follows the notion that every carb is created equal. Must be why he looks like a tub of goo offseason. I remember seeing one of him eating a bowl of cocoa puffs at 2 in the morning, discussing how this will not e stored as fat. Might be a little bit easier to believer him if he didn't have such a horrible build.
Kid looks a lot better when dieted down, but even still, I know of a lot of natural guys who lift weights and look better than this guy, myself included.
Good on him for cashing in with YouTube exposure, however.

150kg shouldn't be impossible considering he's a stout built midget and probably practices benchpressing a lot. There are a lot of natural guys that can max press 150kg without having to be a fat slob.

I bench 105kg.... :( Heavy for me but i have never been a great bench presser and like Dips more. I go more for the feel.

the getbig principles and cutler documentation on bodybuilding have scared me from bench presses
supposedly the number one pec tear off exercise, doesn't even need to be a big weight
so i'm scared now i just use the machine press and dumbels
Pec tear is usually due to the lifter being a slob in regards to technique.
Same with all these bodybuilders who doesn't squat or deadlift due to some old fake lower back injury. Just a bunch of lazy idiots who had sloppy form in their late teens/twenties and performed the lifts with shitty technique. Just a bunch of clueless idiots.
You won't tear shit with proper technique and not going for ego lifts.

I would say compared to 90% of the naturals at my gym, he's strong as an ox. I have benched 3 plates with 10s on each side for 3 reps with pause, but I was using creatine and was at least 210. He looks lighter than that for sure, given his small joints.

Anything that isn't a steroid or GH or slin is natural. It's just a question of gradation. There's different degrees of natural. And there's no reason to believe he isn't on over-the-counter supps. So...

Correct. It is virtually useless other than filling out your muscles with more water, therefore slightly increasing their density. But since I don't make personal lift claims without being 100% transparent, I felt the need to mention it anyway.
The simplest way to define natural vs. unnatural is like you said. Otherwise how far can you go with that? You could argue someone who uses a protein shake is unnatural, since it doesn't come from a naturally-growing plant or animal source. Same with glutamine, vitamins, etc. Pretty much prohormones are the only over-the-counters that I would qualify as juicing, even if it's not a full steroid.

My first steroid was Superdrol and at 170-172lbs I benched 350lbs for reps. It's not unbelievable at all. I'm not a strong fucker but I was just consistent and determined.
I've seen lots of kids at my gym, definitely natural, bench three plates as well. All under 180-190lbs. I don't know why anyone would think that's impossible or even hard.

I can't explain it. This was in 2008, when I was 23 and had just returned to the gym after an 8 month break. Within 2 months of training, by no means with any supplements other than a scoop of creatine for a few weeks (which I then threw away), my bench went from doing 25s on each side flat bench to 225 for 10 reps, and then 315 for 3, with pause. I was strong as fuck in my own eyes at the time. And now, 6 years later, I eat just as much and have been training consistently for 3 months, and can't do 225 for more than 2 reps. I'm baffled, because my body weight is like 30lbs more than it was back then. I still get sick pumps and my chest gets so tight I can't cross my arms in front of me or take off my shirt, but...yeah, I hate being weak.
My theory is that when you're "on" something, you can lift 50-80lbs more just because you mentally think you're juiced. Even if you're not. So real steroids must be insane for strength gains.
