Why do people assume this translates to me having high esteem for others.
I'm seriously baffled by this.
Reasons I have low self esteem.
1) I'm not naturally over 220 pounds with abs.
2) I don't make over 150k a year.
3) I'm not highly successful in an advanced field engineering, medicine, or some other productive industry.
4) I'm not a creative artist producing my own content.
5) I'm forced to tolerate people I believe are fucking morons.
Seriously I'm so tired of people exploiting my low self worth, with delusions that they somehow make up a quarter of my requirements for a descent person.

I don't think you get it. I couldn't give a shit about money in the direct sense, money to me is simply resource potential. However a high salary usually goes along with many of these associated with good or important work.

Re-evaluate your stance on point #5. Hard to believe not achieving against the first four metrics allows you to truly feel strongly against #5 without concommitantly admitting to some form of self-deluded narcissism.

You dont have ''low self esteem'', you re just genetically, psychologically weak and there is nothing you can do about it. Some people are strong minded, others are weak minded, as simple as that. Some people are raised, conditionned to be strong and kill instead of being killed, others are conditionned to be weak, to get killed.
You can try anti depressants , getting big, get money to improve your condition tho. But in the end life is unfair, some are born or grow stronger than others. And the strong feed himself with the weak.
To be honnest improve what you can, but it's pretty much obvious you will never change what you truly, genetically, biologically, are. You have to live with it, adapt to survive. Some weak minded people can live long lives if they pair with someone stronger. I guess all you re left with is to look at people weaker than you instead of lookind at people stronger than you to feel better.
